These terms apply when you use jslabs.shop or buy from it. The shop is run by JS Labs in Cape Town, South Africa. Our full contact details are on our contact information page. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products only: kits, agent skills, templates, guides and scripts, delivered as downloads. Each listing describes what is included, the file formats and what you need to use the product. Read it before you order, and ask us if anything is unclear.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The price shown at checkout is the full price, with no delivery charges. JS Labs is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Payments are processed by the payment providers shown at checkout, and we do not see or store your card details. If you pay from outside South Africa, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

3. Orders and delivery

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We then email a download link to the address you gave at checkout. Free downloads go through checkout and are delivered the same way. Our delivery policy covers timing and what to do if the link does not arrive. Keep your order confirmation email as your record of the transaction.

4. Licence

When you buy or download a product, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business, including on work you do for your clients. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files, or substantial parts of them. JS Labs keeps all intellectual property in its products. The full terms are on our licence page.

5. Marketplace rules and third-party platforms

Our kits summarise rules published by marketplaces such as Takealot and Amazon, checked on the date stated in each listing. Marketplaces change their rules without notice, and whether a listing is approved is their decision, not ours. JS Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Takealot, Amazon or any other platform named in our products. Our products are practical guidance, not legal, tax or regulatory advice.

6. Scripts and AI agent skills

Some products include scripts and agent skills that run on your computer or through an AI tool you choose. Run them on copies of your data and review their output before you rely on it or upload it anywhere. You are responsible for the AI tools you use with our products and for following their terms.

7. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, suspended listings or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
