Refund policy

Everything JS Labs sells is a digital download. There is nothing to send back, so this policy explains when we refund and how.

Before you download

If you change your mind within 7 days of your order and have not downloaded the files, email us with your order number. We will cancel the order and refund you in full.

After you download

Downloaded files cannot be returned, so we do not refund a change of mind once you have downloaded them. The cooling-off right in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply to goods that cannot be returned by their nature or to software the buyer has opened (section 42(2)).

Faulty or not as described

If a file will not open, is incomplete or does not match the product listing, email us within 30 days of your order. We will send a working or corrected file, and if we cannot fix the problem we will refund you in full.

Download problems

If your download link does not arrive or stops working, check the email address you used at checkout and your spam folder, then email us with your order number. We will resend it.

Duplicate orders

If you bought the same product twice by mistake, tell us and we will refund the second order.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
