FAQ

What do I get when I buy?

A download. Each listing says what is inside and the file formats. Our listing kits arrive as one zip file with Markdown guides, CSV templates and a Python script.

How is my order delivered?

By email, to the address you use at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment. Nothing is shipped. Free downloads go through checkout too.

My download link has not arrived. What now?

Check your spam or promotions folder and the email address on your order confirmation. If the link is still missing or does not work, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.

What do I need to use the listing kits?

A spreadsheet app to fill in the CSV template, and Python 3.9 or newer to run the listing checker. No other software is needed, and it works on Windows, macOS and Linux. The agent skill is optional and works with Claude Code or another AI agent that can run scripts on your computer.

Can I use a kit for my clients?

Yes. The licence covers your own business, including products you list for clients. You cannot resell or share the files. See the licence.

Are the kits made or endorsed by Takealot or Amazon?

No. JS Labs is independent and is not affiliated with any marketplace named in our products.

What happens when marketplace rules change?

Each listing states the date its rules were checked against the marketplace's published documents. Every limit the listing checker uses sits in one file, so you can update it yourself.

Can I get a refund?

If you have not downloaded the files, you can cancel within 7 days for a full refund. After you download, we refund if a file is faulty or does not match the listing. See our refund policy.

Do you charge VAT?

No. JS Labs is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The methods shown at checkout. Prices are in South African rand; if you pay from outside South Africa, your bank converts the amount.
