Shipping policy

JS Labs sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

How delivery works

After checkout we email a download link to the address you used at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few minutes of payment being confirmed. Free downloads go through checkout too and are delivered the same way.

Where we deliver

Anywhere you can receive email and download files.

If your download does not arrive

Wait 30 minutes, then check your spam or promotions folder and the email address on your order confirmation. If the link is still missing or does not work, email jason@jslabsai.com with your order number and we will resend it, usually within one business day.
